Lichfield School is situated within the beautiful rural village of Lichfield and surrounded by verdant farmland. It is approximately 8km south of Putaruru and 15km north of Tokoroa, on State Highway 1.

We are in a district known as the South Waikato, near the Central North Island of NZ. Residents enjoy the centrality of the position, being less than an hours drive from major shopping and tourist spots, such as Rotorua, Taupo, Hamilton, and Tauranga.

To provide opportunities for all learners to identify and develop personal strengths and talents… so that they can be successful members of our society.

Every minute of every day we are learning, no matter if we are one day old or 90 years old.

Casual vacancy for a parent representative

A casual vacancy has occurred on the school board for an elected parent representative.
The board has decided to fill the vacancy by selection.

If 10% or more of eligible voters on the school roll ask the board, within 28 days of this notice
being published, to hold a by-election to fill the vacancy, then a by-election will be held.

Netball Postponed until Friday, May 10th

Just a quick update on our Courts.....

Unfortunately as of today our courts are still NOT ready. We are now aiming for a Friday MAY 10th start date. We will continue to keep you updated.

All questions regarding the works done on COURTS can be directed to COUNCIL. Due to the new resurfacing done on our courts it is looking like NETBALL will carry on into the 3rd Term. A finishing date will be decided when we START playing netball.

We ask if there are any more CHANGES to teams registered can you PLEASE let me know ASAP.

We currently have 5 Adult teams registered, if you want to register an ADULT team, please email me before Friday.
